Blueberry, Lemon and Almond Cake

Started my week off on the right foot by making this blueberry, lemon and almond cake from the SIMPLE cookbook by the famous Ottolenghi. Literally every recipe I've made from this man has been awesome. Such a fan. Anyways, I found an online version of the recipe and included it here. The cake is sweet, tangy, light, and beautiful to boot. Just delicious. I followed the recipe closely, and it went off without a hitch. Will need to give a lot of slices away so I don't scarf down the whole thing by myself. Glad to be back in America so I can cook and bake again!
