Chicken with Orzo, Feta, and Dill

Before this recipe, I had never cooked chicken drumsticks. Imagine my horror when the drumsticks began bleeding profusely in the pan! My mom convinced me that this was, in fact, normal... but I was rather disturbed. Anyways, when I made this, I doubled the recipe, using drumsticks for half and chicken thighs for the other half. Both were good, but I've decided that I am partial to cooking with chicken thighs. Other than that, the dish was great! I loved the pairing of the savory rice and chicken with the bright flavors of the feta and cucumber. Will be making again :)
