Why do we call garbanzo beans chickpeas? I was grocery shopping with Anthony the other day, and asked him to grab a can of chickpeas. He searched the whole store and couldn't find any! Then I looked in the bean section and realized that he didn't know that chickpeas were garbanzo beans haha. Anyways, this dish was really fun to make and super easy! I subscribe to the weekly weeknight recipe emails from the Washington post, and this one stood out to me.

I added pine nuts instead of pecans for the pesto. I also liberally added salt and parmesan at the end! One nice thing about this recipe is that it yields a lottt of food. I ate two servings for dinner, packed some for my lunch the next day, and had enough left over for my parents to have multiple servings the following evening!
