Spaghetti al Limone

This doesn't look particularly special from the pictures, but omg it is so amazing. It combines three of my favorite flavors; parmesan, lemon, and cream, so how could it go wrong?! Seriously one of my favorite dishes that I've made in a long while. Light, creamy, and zesty all at once. I had it for two meals in a row and still am craving more! It was pretty easy to make following this recipe from NYT. The only change I made was due to necessity.. I did not have enough white cooking wine, so I used 1 cup of wine and half a cup of water, and it was still great. I will be making it again in the near future, and you should absolutely try it :)
