Chocolate-dipped peanut butter cookies

These were hands down the best peanut butter cookies I've ever made! Then, adding on the chocolate took them out of this world. Joy the Baker really knows what she's doing. My boyfriend and I made these together, and it was really fun and easy! I followed this recipe pretty closely. Only alterations that I made were: using chunky peanut butter instead of smooth, ground nutmeg instead of freshly grated, dark brown sugar instead of light, and semi-sweet chocolate instead of dark. Highly recommend!
