Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I found this recipe in the Washington Post. They had a ranking of five of the most popular chocolate chip cookie recipes online, and this recipe was at the top. At first glance, the recipe might seem a little extra for chocolate chip cookies... but TRUST me. It is sooo worth it. I have never had a chocolate chip cookie this good, baked or bought. I will definitely make this recipe many more times. Something about browning the butter and the hint of molasses sends it over the top. I really liked that it didn't taste overly sweet. My other chocolate chip cookie recipe on this blog is sweeter, if you like that, but I like the understated-ness of this cookie better. I also like the tang from the salt. A true winner! You won't be disappointed.
