Salmon with walnut-parsley pesto

This dish is so painless to make; I made it during finals week as a study break! The salmon was moist, and the parsley-walnut topping was a savory and satisfying compliment. I ate my piece super fast, and saved some for my lunch the next day! It was just as good, if not better, the next day :) Highly recommend!
