Linguine with Shrimp and Lemon Oil

This recipe was dynamite. Light, lemony, and delicious. Also, a really quick cook time. I made this during finals week in an attempt to stay healthy amongst all the stress. I added parmesan, but it was honestly one of those few rare dishes that didn't need cheese 😱. Highly recommend!
