Sweet Potato Biscuits

"Sweet potato biscuit, that's what I said. Sweet potato biscuit dancing through my head..." Just a couple of lyrics from the sweet potato biscuit song we used to sing at sleep away camp. Weird, I know. But honestly, I think sweet potato biscuits deserve their own song! I've loved them ever since sleep away camp. This holiday season I followed this recipe, and they turned out great! I trust Paula Dean for my southern comfort food cravings. Fluffy, slightly sweet, awesome color, and super easy! What more could you ask for?
