Beautiful Pumpkin Bread

Merry christmas eve, folks! If you're still desperately searching for a dessert to make for santa.. Look no further! This pumpkin bread is a dream. It was quick and pain-free to make, and yielded wonderful results. It was my first time using coconut oil in a recipe, and it turned out quite nicely. It gave the bread a nice, unique texture. I followed this recipe to a T. My friends loved it, and one described it as "not too bread, not too cake-y." Hope you enjoy :)
