Chicken Parm 2.0 -- Shaswot as guest

I saw this unfold on Sash's snap story and begged him to write a guest post :)

"Ingredients:

i. Chicken Breast

ii. Spaghetti

iii. Bread Crumbs

iv. Parmesan Cheese

v. Eggs

vi. Marinara Sauce

vii. Mozzarella Cheese

viii. Flour

ix. Salt

x. Pepper

xi. Butter

xii. Paprika

Steps:

  • Prepare the breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper, paprika and Parmesan cheese (lots) to the bread crumbs and mix it to up to make it more flavorful.

  • Slice the chicken breast horizontally through the middle to make the slice thinner. Dip the chicken into flour then dust off the excess. Dip that into egg and then that into the seasoned breadcrumbs. Make sure there isn’t any part that isn’t covered with breadcrumbs. The secret: Put that breaded chicken between two foils or cooking paper and then apply pressure to push the breadcrumbs into the chicken. Make sure to add extra bread crumbs if any part is lacking the breadcrumbs.

  • Heat up a pan with olive oil. Place the chicken onto the pan. After its slightly cooked add butter to the pan to give the chicken a red juicy color.

  • After chicken is done, place a layer of marinara sauce on the chicken and mozzarella cheese on top of it. Place that into an oven or toaster oven until the cheese is slightly burnt.

  • Prepare the spaghetti in a pot and add some salt. After that’s done place it into the draining pot thingy (colander - added by fiona haha). Now, add just a spoonful or so of marinara sauce into the draining pot thingy with the pasta and add some basil leaves/basil leaf powder into the spaghetti and mix it up. Makes it aromatic.

  • Now, place it all onto a plate and enjoy with some Parmesan cheese.
