Simple Lo Mein

I again have let a backlog of recipes build up. I wish I had more free time to cook and post, but alas, college. Hopefully, I will cook up a storm and be more consistent with my posts over winter break. So close! I would also love suggestions if there's anything you love or anything you've had your eye on.

Anyways, I made this simple lo mein recipe about a month ago, and was delighted by the results! I followed the recipe pretty closely, but I could not find egg noodles, no I just used normal linguine. Next time I make it, I am going to search harder for the lo main egg noodles, just to see if they retain more of the soy sauce flavor. Either way, if you're in a crunch for a quick tasty meal and don't have any egg noodles, don't let that stop you! I also could not find any ground ginger or sesame oil, and the dish was just fine without them. Great option if you want a simple, quick, easy, and healthy meal :)
