Found this recipe how I find most of my recipes - through Facebook! However, unlike most of the recipes I find through Facebook, the recipe directions could be found solely through the video. I've typed them up here for you, including some of the alternations that I made. Interestingly enough, this recipe requires a broiler, a setting which had never previously been used in our oven at our apartment. Upon using it, our oven omitted a dangerous smell somewhat like plastic burning. Because of this, I finished cooking the chicken on the stove. It turned out just fine. The oven smell issue has yet to be addressed. Anyways, this recipe was really yummy; the mix of spice and honey-sweetness was quite appealing. Hope you like it as much as I did!

Sweet and Spicy Chicken (Via "Get in My Belly" video)

1. Mix together 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp chile powder (I used cayenne instead), 1 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp paprika of choice (recipe calls for half smoked, half regular, but I can't really tell the difference tbh, so I used all smoked)

2. Cover pan in foil and spray with non-stick spray

3. Place 4 chicken breasts (I used two thick breasts cut in half) on foil and cover with cumin/paprika mixture

4. Broil 6 minutes each side

5. While the chicken is broiling, combine 1/3 cup honey, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp yellow mustard ( I used all yellow because I didn't have dijon), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I didn't have any, so I just omitted this), and 1 tsp lemon juice

6. Coat chicken in honey/mustard mixture

7. Broil 1-2 minutes each side

8. Serve!
