Class 520

Soo I discovered the Thai-inspired rolled ice cream fad online and was pulled in by it's instagrammable-ness. Class 520 had just opened in Rockville, the first one in Maryland, so i decided to check it out. Boy, the ice-cream sure was photo-ready and it tasted pretty darn good too! My boyfriend was captivated by the way that they spread the ice-cream out on chilled metal plates then scrape it off into perfect scrolls. I got the s'mores one. Although it was very tasty, it is a LOT of ice-cream. I would recommend splitting one between two people. Overall, 8.5/10 - scrumptious!
